有一个投资房,租客住了很多年了,上次下大雨,租客报中介说Bathroom上面漏水(估计不是太严重),于是中介找了一个Roofer过去,给我发了一个$1250的报价Quote如下:
1. To remove the first row of tiles over the rear metal roof area, clean all the debris out and supply and install 4.5
lineal metres of a new colorbond transfer flashing before re-installing the row of tiles.
2. To supply and install a new lead free tile vent pipe flashing to the vent pipe at the rear of the property next to the
bathroom.
3. To supply and install a new .500mm lead free flashing to the corner of the tiles and wall cladding start.
4. To clean the guttering system and valleys free from all debris allowing correct water flow to the outlets.
5. To seal 6.5 lineal metres of awning frame to the fascia using a polyurethane sealant to make water tight.
感觉就是要更换一个4.5米长的transfer flashing,然后再Seal,再清洁一下gutter,请问大家看一下,这个报价合理吗?
这种Job难度如何,不难的话,我就找个朋友一起自己去干了,毕竟现在经济不好,干一天活能节约$1250也不错了。

自己干行了。应该没有太难的东西。
不知道你什么瓦,如果重,去买一个专用的掀瓦工具,掀起来弄,不用拆,弄完了放回去,方便。
