大家好，我家后院想建一道挡土墙，大概需要1.6M高，从康嫂处得知需要找Structural engineer出图纸，有没有人遇到类似的情况，一般去哪找这种 engineer ,出张图纸多少钱？谢谢啦

找个BUILDER或设计师，他们会介绍一个给你，一般先找设计师

房子建在斜坡上，后院把土挖掉拉平了，所以挡土墙高些。

麻烦的事情，看康嫂的要求了，不好说的康嫂，需要survey、site、structure等Plan。
因为，要确定标高（这关系到挡土墙的高度）具体位置和结构，挡土墙一般康搜都要求比较严，尤其超过1米以上的。
找家设计单位吧，一起帮你搞定。

没有场地及标高，挡土墙怎么设计？

just did that @ Melbourne.
Step 0: Call Water company/Melbourne Water/"Call Before you Dig", council to ensure if there is any council/water company asset underneath where the wall is, if any, game over or take much longer/pay much more to get the wall built. No assets, then proceed to Step 1. Free
Step 1: provide a quick draft (e.g. take a photo + draw out where the retaining wall will be built) re the plan and seek council's building dept advise, they will most likely agree for you to proceed. Free
Step 2: talk to council's engineering dept to get their requirements, what's needed for the engineering approval (little engineer will need to get his manager approval for this). Free
Step 3: engage structure engineer for the structural engineering report/design. Structural engineer will need a soil report for this. Ask the engineer to provide a "site plan" in the report too. Site plan details where the property currently located, where the boundary is,where the wall going to be built. Soil report ~ $200-$250. Structure engineer fees - $600 - $1000.
Step 4: Permitsssss
Section 173 - If your retaining wall is build over easement you most likely need to sign the Section 173 agreement with council - $800+
Dispensation Permit - If your wall is to be built at the boundary and you plan to have fence built on top and their combined height exceeded 2m, you need dispensation permit from Council's building dept. -$200
Asset Protection Permit - ~$200
Building Permit - paid by registered builder
Step 5: Get quote, compare quote.
Step 5.1 - Depending on the surveyor, they might ask for land survey.
Step 6: 开工大吉。
Step 7: Inspection/Acceptance reports from Building surveyor that issue the building permit.
Step 8: Enjoy your wall :)
You will most likely spend about $2.5k-$3k on paper works + the cost of construction.

structure engineer一般也可以画，挡土墙对他们来说是最基础的，应该都能画

如果离边界超过1米（每个council规定不同），直接找structural engineer出图纸可以，
看康骚的要求好像没提到surveyor的事情，估计离边界足够远

结构工程师出挡土墙图纸只是根据挡土墙高度，他会画一个高度范围的结构图，比如挡土墙高800-1200之间的。
