山区搞分租的人很多，客户资源很少。破house单间230，也不知道准备租给谁

Come and live with us in our large 4 bedrrom house in Baulkham Hills. Nice front yard, back yard, 2 large living areas, great kitchen with central gas stove, dishwasher, aircon, nice large rooms all with built in wardrobes!
We're a young professional couple who've just moved into this lovely house and looking for some housemates. There are 3 bedrooms available, the 2 upstairs bedrooms have built in wardrobes and are going for $230pw each. The down stairs bedroom also includes a seperate large workshop which would be amazing for creative artists or woodworkers or anything really, plus a second large area with slate floor is all yours too!! You basically have your own toilet and makeshift kitchen too so except for a shower you can be pretty self sufficient like a granny flat down there! $310 for that room/area.
Singles probably preferred. Rent will be slightly higher for couples, can chat about it when we meet you =)
Internet included, all other bills split.

分租不是不行，只是相对交通方便的其他区来说，BH不是每间房都能同时租出去，经常性可能只有2-3间房出去了，这么算每个礼拜的租金其实不见得比整租高。
