请教一下大家。 Ku-ring-gai council 的 planning certificate 上面写房子 “Council has not been notfied that the land is biodiversity certified land." 但是在ku ring gai council 网站的map viewer 上面显示Biodiversity: YES. 以什么为准？
Biodiversity 代表了什么？ 有保护树种？ 具体影响什么？
