后院有个21平米的小房，木板的，内部房顶高2.65米，房子后面有个5.8平米现成的水泥台子。
这个向council申请加个卫生间应该可以获批吧？需要付费吗？
另外加卫生间的费用大概多少呢？水泥台子离主房子的上下水大概13米的距离。
