最近想装修厕所，找人来看了以后给了报价，人工就3万，这个报价也太高了点吧，难道是因为我想把原来洗浴和马桶两个厕所之间的墙敲掉，变成一个大厕所，所以人工才这么贵吗？

人工的范围包括以下：
Builder to prepare site ready for demolisher, includes placing plastic covering over all furniture surrounding job site and lay drop sheets down to protect flooring for demolisher to walk in and out of home.
Demolisher to strip out bathroom & toilet including jack hammering of old wall and floor tiles, removal of shower wall and the removal from site of all discarded building materials/rubble.
Brick layer to brick up existing door in toilet area and prepare wall ready for rendering.
Plumber to install all new hot and cold water pipes in walls and install new drainage for wall hung vanity, toilet and free standing bath tub as per specifications.
Electrician to install new cables for LED lights, exhaust fan, heated towel rail, power points and switches as per specification.
Carpenter to check ceiling joists in bathroom and toilet area, ensuring ready for gyprocker to reline bathroom ceiling. Carpenter to repair and trim up front of existing door in bathroom.
Cement renderer to prepare and render bathroom walls from floor to ceiling and outside wall where toilet originally was.
Gyprocker to reline bathroom ceiling in gyprock.
Waterproofer to waterproof bathroom walls and floor in 2 coats of water and solvent based membrane.
Tiler to tile walls (floor to ceiling) and floor in bathroom as per clients selection of tiles.
Carpenter to fix new architraves around door in bathroom.
Shower screen installer to install frameless shower screen in 10mm toughen glass.
Painter to prepare and paint bathroom ceiling, window, internal door and frame and hall way area outside bathroom.
Electrician to install down lights, exhaust fan, heated towel rail, power points & switches as per specifications.
Plumber to fit out bathroom with toilet, wall hung vanity, combination shower, free standing bath tub, bath spout, mixers and trims once tiling has been completed.
Project Manager to clean bathroom and ensure the removal of all rubbish from job site.

可能就贵在最后project manager亲自把卫生间给你打扫干净。你问问不用他亲自打扫用小工，或者你自己打扫，能不能给便宜个一万五千刀

突然感觉自己赚了：家里主卧浴室和卫生间在一起，有个公共浴室外加两个独立厕所，层高都是2.8米多，公共浴室和主卧浴室及卫生间都是瓷砖到顶，主卧浴室双洗手池，淋浴都是德国的，照楼主这报价我这浴室加厕所加起来怎么也得15万啊。。。。太开心了

有的報價是故意報高的，理由可能是對方不想接這個活，如果你同意這個報價那他也可以宰你一刀，所以最好就是多找幾家報價就好了！！！不要太在意報價！
