中介做routine inspection， 租客告知卧室窗户有个洞，怀疑是白蚁，听说templestowe doncaster一带白蚁不少，于是就
网上先找了这家，RIP Termite & Pest Control Services - TEMPLESTOWE LOWER VIC 3107，当时什么都不懂，以为free quota就可以，然后来了给报价4000不含gst，每年上门另收八百一次，觉得价格有点高，自己做了下research，原来证实白蚁存在与否是必须出report而且不能free的，
再问那个报价的是否肯定有白蚁：
I attended the property to provide a quote and to sight damaged window frame at the rear of the property. The window frame at the rear is a combination of wood rot and termite damage. As this area has been opened up the termites have moved on as the light and the air dries them out. Termites need to be moist and warm at all times.
I am more than happy to provide a full report but will have to attended the property again to inspect it but the cost is $385.00 inc gst. In my opinion it is a waste of money as termite damage has been sighted. As part of the full treatment a full report is provided. "
这就是他的回复原话，不死心找了两个做白蚁的去inspection，一华人一鬼佬，检查报告出来都是没有白蚁痕迹，房屋结构完好，那个洞完全是个rot，花了600多省了4k+买了个安心，主要就是吐槽并且曝光下第一家坑爹的白蚁公司
