澳洲修后院 vergola 和 游泳池，报价相当贵啊

准备修后院，加个vergola 6.6米乘4.5米, deck, 有些 pavement，再加 游泳池 ，6米乘3.5米 。 擦，昨天收到报价，加了GST, 15万 。顿时脸都绿了。 大家帮我看看吧

15w还不够呀，好些项目还要加allowance呢。真的好贵，比如有一项铺地砖的，市面上买材料价格是60刀一平米，报价是250刀一平米，铺地砖贵到如此程度

认真点的话，就是先探测地质，管道，然后请人请小铲车，一整天挖6*3*2=36方土应该不贵也能干完，然后找人做防水，循环，瓷砖

泳池就别挖了，省省钱吧！很多人挖完后都后悔了。

卖房时，很多人都不考虑买有泳池的房子，嫌打理麻烦又贵。

如果遇上想买来重建的买家，他们还要把填泳池重造地基价算进去，将来对你卖房价也会有影响。
