Super bowlo site
The former site of the Eastwood Bowling Club “Hawks on Second Ave” is for sale by expressions of interest, closing on November 11.
Sales agents David and Tim Cale, from Cale Property Agents Epping, said they expected the 6700sq m level block at 9-19 Second Ave to sell for about $15 million.
It has been rezoned R2 by owners Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club Ltd and comes with approval for 25 two-storey townhouses and six single-level villas.
David Cale said offers were being fielded from both local and overseas developers.
Hawks on Second Ave officially closed in December 2011.
The bowling club was established there in 1930 and amalgamated with Ryde Eastwood Leagues in 2000.
