年初我家塔顶危楼在楼主坚持不懈的努力下，承建商把房子糊好了，住了三个月以后，现在出现了新的问题，引发了一系列的新挑战。
楼主实在是招架不住，敢问各位大大支招。
主要问题是厨房区域洗菜台下方热水管爆裂，漏水，我整个地表全部浸湿，WPC（防水板）和瓷砖下方都有水。
楼下unit的人gyprok弯塌，墙面漏水，我们一起report builder， builder来修了 ，fix 了漏水的管子，两个星期后来inspect我的地板，说已经dry了。没有问题，但是我的地板如图，地表呈现wave状，接缝之间拱起。但是水平仪测量在规定范围内，所以承建商给我来了一封信，说他们只修复翘起来inspect floor的部分，其他的不换。
我现在该怎么办，这地板到底是什么问题造成拱起，承建商坚持说这是防水地板，有水在下面没有关系，干了就好了，还在email说 不是wave是拼接颜色色差。
As per our discussion this morning we confirm that there is a small section of flooring in the lounge area that we will replace. I believe the ridges in the floor there are not due to water damage but that flooring in that area has been removed adjacent to it and not put back/reinstalled so the flooring system is not locking together.
The area to be replaced is from the sliding door to 2 meters back approx..
We will also install a new cove skirting strip along the sliding door and in front of the kitchen bench
While I was in your unit this morning and in your presence I put a sprit level across numerous areas of the floor. The floor in such areas is well within tolerance and to the manufacturers guidelines. The flooe follos the concrete below to which we have a + - tolerance of 3mm. I further confirm that the green layer below the laminate flooring is there to provide an acoustic barrier between unit levels.
I also walked over your floor and could not find any moisture coming up through the floor.
I confirmed to you that the current floor is a superior floor to that which was specified when you purchased and this cost was absorbed by Bathla.
The lips in the floor that you referred to as mountains, as an illusion only and is caused by where 2 boards butt together in which one has a darker edging print to the laminate surface and the other floor board has a lighter edge to the board. I demonstrated this by again putting a sprit level over such areas which show the floor to be flat.
和这个承建商打交道真的是虐心虐肺，我只能求助各位大大专业知识帮帮我。

我觉得和保险公司打一个电话，然后和他们说明这个问题，看看他们是否可以帮你争取一些利益，或者帮你找建筑商谈判，先不要报，现在就是咨询一下，无所谓的
