The park will receive new exposed aggregate footpaths, a nature play area and upgraded toddler playground, a picnic area, landscaping, lighting and park furniture.
Further works are scheduled for the park over the next five years, which will include new amenities buildings, an activities and exercise area, barbecue area, sports field enhancements, a naturalised water channel and new bridge crossings.

Boronia Park
Stage One of the works at Boronia Park have finished. This includes the playground, picnic shelters, nature play areas and new pathways. Stage Two works are currently under way, and will include exercise equipment, a new toilet at the playground, refreshed line-marking for the dinky track, terraced seating, replacement of timber stairs near the playground and new fencing for the sports field.
