澳洲大家帮忙看下这个driveway价格合理吗？

在澳大利亚房产房屋



其实也不算真正的做driveway，就是在原在driveway旁边加一块，大概9平米多点

样子是：Ashler Slate Impression

 Excavate areas to levels, soil l & spoils to be placed in a bin provided
 Supply & place expansion foam up against solid ends
 Pin 300x12mm starter bars into existing concrete so as new & existing concrete don’t separate.
 Supply and lay concrete in the same pattern as the existing concrete in charcoal colour.
 100mm thick;
 25Mpa strength.
 SL72 reinforcement steel on bar chairs
 Saw cut construction joints;
 2 coats of clear sealer.

报价 2200 （including GST）
10% Deposit prior to commencing job. 50% when concrete is down. Balance when works are complete.

不知道价格和包括的内容合理吗？

I have a quote for a new driveway (around 82m2 ), including remove the existing one and build a new one in different position. Black color concrete thickness is 120mm. (Also including a small simple 3-step timber stair from the laundry to the outside)

Description of Works
- excavate and remove existing driveway, kerb and gutter and soil
- install and compact roadbase in driveway
- install steel reinforcing mesh
- pour coloured concrete ( raven ) for driveway @ 120mm thick and steps to laundry
- pour new kerb, gutter and layback in standard grey concrete
- rubbish removal

- concrete pump
- reinforcement steel mesh
- concrete
- tip fees

Cost of Works

Sub total =$13,800.00 + gst ( = $15180 )

100块都是不包括地基之类的 也就是说 只是他往你做好的坑里倒水泥 铺平而已 现在的报价一定要写得清清楚楚的 否则会被坑死
