投资房去年下半年购入然后出租,然后今年二月中介进行了inspection后给我report了好几个问题,其中最主要的是后院的brickwork:
The tenants have shown me some issues with the brickwork, photos taken of brickwork are extremely loose and possibly could fall, the brick wall down the side just pushes the backwards and is not secure. I recommend this is looked at ASAP to ensure if it is unsafe that it is rectified.
然后中介找的一间builder给出的quote如下:
1. Carefully remove x2 brick piers between toilet/bathroom windows and clean and relay same bricks. Complete with metal tie onto frame = $400
2. Carefully remove eave sheets between kitchen and dining room window and allow brickwork back to frame where loose and reinstate eave sheet and trims. Touch up paint work if disturbed. = $630
一共$1030, 觉得这个报价偏高了,大家有没有好的tradies可以推荐,分分感谢。
