澳洲房市差？ 悉尼公寓4个小时卖出150套！ [
3月8日 开发商TOGA的悉尼一套新公寓楼盘销售火爆，其在Macquarie Park的期房公寓卖出了80%，4个小时内就卖了价值逾1.3亿澳元的公寓。
据悉，在上周六早上8点起，买家就开始排队了，准备购买Macquarie Park的One Twenty 159套公寓。
据悉，该1.6亿工程将是Macquarie Park的最高建筑，总共有23层，囊括192套公寓，高75米。
TOGA首席执行官佩里里（Fabrizio Perilli）说，4个小时内就卖出了150套公寓，一来是因为地段好，二来是该地观景独特。“这是个了不起的结果，也体现了人们对卫星城镇里高品质公寓和便利设施的强劲需求。该区为买家提供了就业、教育、购物和托儿中心等设施”。
该楼盘离悉尼CBD仅16公里，离Macquarie University大学、Macquarie购物中心和大学火车站也仅450米远。
附近还有体育馆、剧院、花园、烧烤场、停车场和典雅的零售咖啡馆。
该建筑楼由Turner Architects设计，位于新州政府Herring Road Priority Growth Precinct区域中。
公寓的价格从一居室公寓60万起，佩里里说，当天卖得最好的是两居室和三居室公寓。买家中，一半以上的都是自住业主。
该楼盘预计将于今年年中动工，料于2018年竣工。

Developer TOGA sells more than $130 million worth of apartments at Macquarie Park development in four hours

One Twenty Macquarie Park by TOGA launched on Saturday.
DEMAND for new apartments remains high with property developer and hotelier TOGA selling more than 80 per cent of apartments at its Macquarie Park development on Saturday.
Buyers lined up from 8am to snap up 159 off-the-plan homes at the One Twenty Macquarie Park development, with a total of more than $130 million of sales.
The $160 million project is tipped to be Macquarie Park’s tallest tower, rising 75 metres and housing 192 apartments over 23 storeys.
TOGA chief executive Fabrizio Perilli said One Twenty Macquarie’s prime location in Macquarie Park’s burgeoning satellite city coupled with the exceptional views on offer, were among the reasons more than 150-apartments were snapped up within four hours of release.
“This is a strong result and highlights the underlying demand for quality apartments with superb views and lifestyle amenities in an attractive satellite city,” Mr Perilli said.
“Macquarie Park offers the fundamentals apartment buyers are looking for: local employment, education, shopping and childcare hubs all connected by efficient infrastructure nodes.
