请教各位：
在我的合同中的产权查询里（Title search）有一些Covenant 的代码，我问我的代理律师，他不能解答叫我去问Council。
SECOND SCHEDULE
---------------------------------
1 RESERVATION AND CONDITIONS IN THE CROWN GRANT(S) 以女王的名义bala bala....
2 D157926 COVENANT
3 G735900 COVENANT
4 AG330994 MORTGAGE TO ING BANK(AUSTRALIA ) LIMITED 该房子抵押给了ING银行
问题是：
1）代理律师有责任向我解释清楚这个问题吗？
Covenants
A covenant is like a promise that must be kept by each new buyer of a property. It can affect vacant land or land that is built on.
Usually covenants are "restrictive", which means they stop the owner of the property from doing something. For example, a restriction on the type of materials that can be used in any building on the property.
The covenant usually appears on the title. If there is a covenant it is important to get legal advice. Your lawyer should make sure that you fully understand the implications of the covenant. Remember, it is not easy to remove a covenant from the title.
2）在SECOND SCHEDULE 中的 “D157926 COVENANT” 和 “G735900 COVENANT” 是些什么样的限制条件？

SECTION32里面都有，我从来没有找过律师，自己读文件就能明白，基本就是对这块地的限制，比如房子只能用砖，一块地只能造一幢等等，你的律师让你找COUNCIL太业余了，所有资料都应该是在LANDATA的SYSTEM里的 。。。

Section32 是VIC的，我是在NSW 用的是Section 149，我再去查查看看是否能找到。

每个convenant的内容合同里都有 就是title search后面那些文件 你找到相应代码就可以看 不在s149里 不过你的律师是有点业余。。我的律师看合同时候这些都是重点解释的 因为这才是合同里关于这块地最重要的信息。。
