如题,找律师签了期权,200天满再签合同,今天律师突然和我说要申请FIRB,海外投资的申请许可,申请费5000,有人知道只要交吗?

NSW 的PR前後住夠200天 不算foreign person 所以應該不用FIRB
我之前有發email 到OSR 問關於PR 200天 和foreign person 定義和 付surcharge stamp duty的事情
Dear Wai
If you are a permanent resident (PR) as at the date of the contract and have resided in Australia for 200 or more days in the 12 months preceding the date of the contract you will not be liable to pay Surcharge Purchaser Duty.
You do not have to be a PR for those 200 days as long as you are a PR as at the date of the contract.
