Looks like BMT ok. I didn't use them cause a little bit experience $700 include GST. I pick up a small company only charge me $500 include GST but that one in Newcastle, I not sure there is a branch in other places.

I can arrange for onsite inspection, depending on the property the fee may vary, it is will be below $500.
by the way, i am based in Melbourne. inspection is not possible for other states.
i recommedn you speak to accountants first if you are doing this for tax reasons.

i don't recommend ones who does not even do onsite visit, their reports are either incorrect or too conservative. it is the consumer that suffers in the end.
