看到Residential Exclusive Property Management Agreement中，有这么一条：
Termination Fee : Equal to the commission that would have been collected to the end of the Tenancy Agreement fixed term period or one week’s
rent, whichever is the greatest. If termination is given during the marketing period, the fee is equal to the advertised weekly rental ( + GST )
合同中规定房东要终止合同不少于30天通知中介，但这个Termination Fee是什么东西，而且在合同中还是加粗显示的，难道房东要终止代理合同还要付钱给中介？
