贷款银行要求买building insurance，准备在settle以后就cancel掉，coles insurance的PDS里面看到：
“
Even after you decide to buy this insurance, you have 30 days from the date cover commences to change your mind and let
us know that you want to cancel the policy. We will refund the premium you have paid less any government charges or taxes
we are unable to recover, provided you have not made a claim under the policy。
“
这图里的goverment charges应该是一年的，所以一个月是 (144.84 + 205.20 + 143.40) /12 = $41.12然后加上cancellation fee $25, 所以cancel的话也要扣掉$66.12， 这个理解对吗？
