老房子装修，有限budget的情况下，地板怎么选择呢？
1. 实木地板：貌似kampass比较便宜，式样还可以，价格适中，不包安装50-60吧。有没有什么缺点？为什么这么便宜呢？
2. 实木复合，算了，价格不便宜。
3. 重竹地板：据说是竹子深加工的产物。式样不错，不知道稳定性怎么样。价格好像50左右吧。
4. 复合地板：看中了两个品牌，一个是quickstep，一个是parador
1) quickstep据说是比利时的，关注两个系列，
a) 是Eligna，做工不错，样式打80分，价格小贵，问的要差不多36左右了。
b）是Colonial，据说是quickstep刚出的顶级系列，板子的拼花有15种，几乎花纹不重复。看中了spotted gum的花色，最绝的，和spotted gum实木地板放在一起，不管是正视，侧视，弱光，强光，竟然没有什么区别。不过价格也不客气，50块/m2，不带装。
b). parador的1050系列，据说是德国进口的，看上去很洋气很时尚，但是仿真度比quickstep就差一些了，价格比较实惠，28块/m2
想问问大家意见，花同样的钱，是买好的复合地板，比如Colonial，还是买低端的实木地板。还是干脆铺便宜耐操的复合板算了。重竹地板和复合地板，选哪一个好？

Mate, I was doing the same research, I shop around for 4 weeks recently, here is what I had,
1. DO NOT BUY bamboo floor, for whatever reasons, if you pick up bamboo, you will be regret after a few years, the reason everyone was pushing you for bamboo is they have a big margin, and deadly easy for those to do the installation. do your own research, bamboo take 3 to 5 years to grow up, and it is sallow and thin, they put them into piece and using the glue & pressure, so how can that compare with the solid timber that grow for more than 10 or 20 years??? remember YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. it does't matter how good the sales guy describe the bamboo floor, the gap is always there.
2. if you live in a house, buy the solid timber but don't pick Kampus, don't go 大自然 : ) I had that floor 5 years ago, don't want that any more. there is one figure associate the hardness of the floor, pick up the ones that above 9, e.g. the spotted gum is 11 from what I remembered.
3. if you select the engineered floor, they put some layers in between, therefore when you step on it it feel so soft and feeling is really wired, and you won't have the same look as illustrated on the photo, that just for marketing purpose.
4. when I shop around last month, the cheapest good one is 70/m2 include labour (without bargain)
5. make sure they provide at least 7 years installation warranty and 10 or 20 years material warranty. and make sure you can find the guy when some issue happened with your floor. if they have a store and running for many many years, that should be ok, otherwise take your own risk.
6. do not get some guy from the news paper to do the installation for you, it is like gamble, you may be right, but if you wrong you are in deep shit. Get those ones who have a base that you can trace, the job looks simple, still quite a lot techniques to consider case by case.
7. ask for discount if you have large area, normally above 100m2
8. Do your own homework, just pick up 10 shops visit 3 or 4 per weekend. use internet as much as you can, maybe the information you trying to get is misleading, but at least you can cross reference them to build up your own.
9. maybe I am bullshit, but If for you own house, if you can install timber, go with timber.

我的建议：差钱就等钱足的时候铺非复合地板。不差钱，就一下子搞定，非复合。我家复合地板，至今后悔。

不光亮，怕水！最重要的是不光亮，不抬房子啊！

2. for those areas that close to the entrance, the surface will wear out quite fast, especially when you have kids who like to play sand ...
3. material is all from China, do you really believe they were imported from Belgium or German, even though the standard meet OZ requirement, however the glue more or less contain 甲醛, this can go for 10 years.
something good about it:
it is really easy to dump/uninstall when you don't what them any more

老大，unit/apartment适合铺实木地板吗？我听说重竹地板和木地板踩上去感觉差不多。14毫米厚的竹子到底多少钱一平方米价格才合适呢？

unit/apart only 实木复合 or 金钢板 , otherwise the one under your floor make a complain you have to pull out all your timber
however the 实木复合 will be much expensive because this type of floor is for those ppl who want the solid timber look & feel but cannot have them. if you got money, go for this option. also consider your ceiling height, as once you have this type of floor, you virtually add about 30mm on top of your floor which shorten the distance. also this type of material use glue when made, so contain 甲醛 ... and 十年的缓释期
The bamboo, as I said not recommended, however if you really want it, the cheapest one I asked is 53/m2 include installation & everything.

我们家目前铺的quick step eligna的，很满意，铺好没有味道。防水防划。（主要eligna哑光面的，划了也看不出来）。
这次搬家打算继续用quick step，但是想用colonial也是你说的新出的那种，亮是亮，颜色选择也多，但是因为亮所以不抗划我觉得，但是介于我们楼梯扶手的颜色，可能还是会选择colonial。 我自己用下来的感觉觉得就用quick step 的复合地板（也不便宜啊）。
复合板不需要太多伺候，铺实木的你想每天都小心翼翼的走路累不累人。

复合地板我最怕的是遇水发胀。
有朋友能看看实木地板中最便宜的Kampass（金不换），为什么不推荐呢，是不是硬度差？

我对重竹地板不太了解，只知道是竹子纤维压出来的，密度高，不蛀虫，硬度也不错。有没有朋友能介绍介绍缺点。
实竹地板容易霉，蛀虫，密度小，式样差，所以不考虑了。

colonial铺上去视觉效果和实木一样，看的我们很心动。就是价格比较高阿
还有carpetcall卖的parador好像也不错，实惠，洋气。欧洲国家卖的好多，很常见。一看英国网站，才划20澳刀/m2。澳洲真是坑爹，但至少证明parador不是三无产品。

yes, on the underlay, 钉子就像是订书钉 定在大板上面 只要是合成的东东里面多多少少都会有甲醛 有不要紧 ，问题是挥发的时间是好多年， 有人拍胸脯说标准对人无害 但是有就是有 心理总是不靠老
实木在加工过程也有有害的东西 比如表面的漆 蒸亮过程等等 但是那东西在表面 挥发的干净多了 等到你手里基本上几个月后
53 一米 基本上所有的靠铺的商家都能给你 55， 花点时间费点口舌 基本还能便宜2块钱 想想看要是100米 也就便宜一顿大餐的钱 算不了啥 联系方式就不给你的 免得有做广告嫌疑 找份报纸 挑几个豆腐块广告看看 觉得靠铺就过去问问 肯定能找到好的价位

复合地板完全是用胶模压而成，竹地板也是用胶胶合的，且厂商使用的胶水为化学产品，多有挥发化学物质的嫌疑，对人体总没有好处吧！实木地板除了漆面，其余的不含胶水的化学成分，相应来说比上述二种地板环保些吧！
