－ Border 1 - 22meters from 0.5m to highest point 2.2m
－ Border 2 - 26meters from level ground to highest point 2.2m
Will need engineering drawing and council permits.

Is something like this - there is a gap between the current retaining wall/"retaining stones" with the border of the property. This gap is about 2m wide. I am thinking of replacing the existing fence with retaining wall and fill up the gap with soil to reclaim the land.
I don't have pinyin input at work :)
