Commissioner Jenny Smithson strongly refused the proposed mosque at South Hurstville due to traffic, parking, hours of operation and the fact their Plan of Management would be relying on volunteers to count number of worshippers each prayer time. The car park was unworkable and the loss of amenity to nearby residents. Full judgement should be available on the Land and Environment Court website soon

Council reject没用的，只是出出气发发牢骚，最后还是要看Land and Environment Court，真的要真金实银的打官司才能赢。这个还是敏感的种族宗教问题，前景真的并不乐观，
