一年一度的年检来了，council发信说要整改，很多地方需要维修，貌似要重新做fence才能通过，请问每年一度的检查怎么今年这么复杂，有什么可以维修的师傅或者公司可以推荐吗？
Please note that as your pool was built before 1 September 2008 your pool fence has been assessed against AS 1926-1986 – Fence & Gates for Private Swimming Pools.
1. Provide a new warning sign (resuscitation) in a prominent position within the pool enclosure that includes CPR diagrams (see Figure 6 attached) which must comply with the Swimming Pools Regulation. 这个貌似最容易了
2. Repair/upgrade the pool gate so that it is self closing and self latching from any position, including resting on the latching mechanism, and opens outwards to a person seeking entry to the pool area.这个也可以接受
3. Repair/upgrade the entire swimming pool barrier so that any gaps between the vertical swimming pool fencing members do not exceed 100 mm. (Refer to Figure 2 attached) 这个貌似是要重做的节奏啊
4. Repair/upgrade the metal pool fence in regards to the following items;
a) Loose panel adjacent to the spa,
b) Loose panel adjacent to the brick fence, and
c) Broken top of pool fence.

就是说篱笆缝隙不能超过10cm，一般都不超过的吧。

我这区的规定是老房子按老规矩来，所以很多旧房子泳池没装护栏也没人管。但是我买的时候刚好赶上4年一次的年检，coucil说转手了就要按新规矩来了，结果花了2500装了个最便宜符合规矩的。

装游泳池的都知道规矩，我建议你找当地社区的报纸上面广告的装护栏的人一个个打电话问，或者email要报价，一般做的好的给你发的报价也正规，你可选的范围不大，无非就是材料钱差一点，我当时找了三个愿意过来免费报价的，从中间选了一个中等的。切记付钱前自己检查没有大的纰漏。一般一天就可以全装好
