他说包租3个月 然后还能升级厨具bosch 别的还在谈 比悉尼便宜多了 但是我看那个区从2009年开始到现在只涨了1W 不是很了解 所以来问问

羊毛出在羊身上 大部分布村的楼花都有这个包租的offer

如果不是华人聚集区的南区,很难涨很多,不跌就不错了,也就靠个租金撑着。出租率不了解。估计也好不到哪去。谨慎投资。

brisbane不是悉尼,cbd周围十五公里半径内的地还很多。最主要的是,能靠近东南西北四个副中心的区域在近期才比较有前途。
不过如果是买richlands townhall的话,也许是个不错的买卖。

New townhouse developments in Richlands, south-west of Brisbane, have been flagged as having no social infrastructure and being poorly planned and unsustainable.
University of Queensland social planning researcher Laurel Johnson said the developments were some of the worst she had seen.

反正越南區,平時除了有時一兩周去一次比較大量地買菜買水果魚肉,沒事不會去Inala那種地方。
