Engineered 3.9x5.9m wide attached to house GABLE ROOF STYLE
Supply & construct a straight gable verandah attached to house using genuine Australian
Lysaght Firmlok structural frames in BlueScope Steel in high gloss colorbond with (1) 90mm x
90mm square hollow steel (SHS) galvanized posts into 300x600mm deep concrete footings.
Supply & install 200mm round column over post with top & bottom collars. Builder to paint.
Install steel reinforcing brackets inside house eaves. Builder to paint brackets to match frame.
Remove house spouting & construct 9.4m of internal box gutter at junction to house eave.
Cut & fit all roof purlins between rafters so the roof sheets sit neatly flush on top of the frame.
Roof in 10mm flat Ampelite Twin-Wall polycarbonate sheeting system with manufacturers
joining sections & rubber seals. Flash all junctions to house.
Line underside of gable ridge with colorbond light flashing.
Install cement sheeting to gable ends fitted neatly into back channel. Install matching 3-
dimensional batten patterns. Builder to paint.
Install colorbond barge flashings & guttering to match existing structure in profile: Quad
colorbond. T-tap spouting to house gutter..
Provide 2m skip bin & remove building debris & rubbish from site.
Supply Plans & Elevations, Building Permit & inspection fees.
