刚刚粗略看了一下fair trading的网站:
If the building work relates to a dual occupancy (and not a secondary dwelling)* , the owner not eligible to apply for an owner-builder permit.
•The building work is not in relation to a single dwelling house or a secondary dwelling.
*A second permit within 5 years for a different address or a permit in regards to a dual occupancy (not a secondary dwelling) can only be considered under special circumstances. You must be able to demonstrate the compelling circumstances at the time of application, by submitting an appropriately completed Additional Details Form 7 in addition to your completed Owner Builder Permit Form (A, B or C).
网站上说申请是case by case的审查,如果建duplex,一个自住一个出租,申请owner builder permit 能成功吗?
主要听说有了这个permit就能进工地查看工程进度了,而且购买材料的价格也不同,是真的吗?
