The appliance, toilet , etc have been installed but under utilised in the last 2 years. Definitely not new, but the vendor will expect to sell as new.
The garage may have been converted into an office, then converted back. So better inspect it carefully.
The good thing is that usually the neighborhood has been more developed compared to 2 years ago.

装修质量应该不错，就是看的人多了，肯定有损耗，可以要求房主重新粉刷，地板有磨损需要更换

前院儿太大浪费土地，后院儿太小不太给力，质量也许不会太低，其实完全看你运气。
