邻居的house和我的一样,都是土地面积809平方米,面宽20米。现在邻居要推倒房子,建两个面宽各10米的两层house,因房子要离我们的fence只有1米,需要我们签字同意(如离1.5米则无需我们同意),我今天表示1米太近,我们今后盖房也会离fence1.5米. 邻居不高兴地说即使我们不同意,他们还会向council申请,虽然有点麻烦,但还是会批准的,你们今后盖房子或卖房子麻烦就多了。。。

旧房子还没推倒哪。他们想先不分割,旧房子推倒后,靠边建一栋,把另一栋房子的地留出来。这样可以先不用交分割的费用。

也要看你所在区的ZONE, 是高密度的, 还是中密度, 低密度的。 都是有具体规定的。 高密度的ZONE, 墙都可以在地界的,
