请问各位，最近想出租房子，AGENT说最好买一个LANDLORD INSURANCE，我网上搜索了一下AMMI和BUPA，大概都在1K-1.5K/每年。感觉挺贵的啊！有没有买过这个INSURANCE的来说说你们买了哪家，价位是什么？谢谢

Landlord insurance 和 building insurance要同时买，landlord insurance保护屋主，building insurance 是在不能证明房屋是租客破坏的情况下起作用，二者缺一不可，同时买貌似有折扣，我是69一个月，在real insurance买的

Terri Scheer 的quote, 可以COVER从60K到100K不等的BUILDING和CONTENT insurance, 价格也从300多到800多不等。
其他的，AMMI， COVER 50万左右的BUILDING insurance, 加上租客破坏什么的，价格在1200左右。
请问各位，应该选贵的那个吗，就是COVER了整个房子的重建价格？

You don't need buy building insurance as townhouse belong to strata. Strata insurance cover building insurance.
1 if you rent property out, you need landlord insurance to cover any damage, rent loss and if tenant get injury because of your responsibility, it covers some legal fees and liabilities. I bought from Hanan insurance, cost 325.
2. If you live in townhouse, then you need content insurance.
