A clearance rate of 67 per cent was recorded this week compared to 65 per cent last week and 65 per cent this week last year. There were 1431 auctions reported to the REIV today, with 959 selling and 472 being passed in, 212 of those on a vendor bid. It has been a record month, with about 5,700 auctions held – 300 more than in November last year.
