已经向builing manager报告，得到如下回复，感觉很鸡肋，下一步怎么办？难道真的投诉无门了吗？
'I can confirm the water ingress is as a result of the absence of drip tray on B1 basement carpark these were installed the first time a couple of weeks ago. But pipes were not connected from drip trays to main lines and water from upper podium levels ran down drip tray spout without being collected. This has now been completed by builder and should capture all the water. In theory when water enters from the upper basement 1 it is captured in the drip tray gutters and drained before it penetrates through to Basement 2 carpark.
At this stage due to ongoing construction of adjoining site there maybe unexpected water ingress that we will need to manage if the need arises.
I would like to confirm that the carpark basement under the building code of Australia is deemed a wet area hence the reason for floor wastes in the carpark, drainage, sewer lines, etc. This is further confirmed with strata insurance in that no items will typically be covered if water damage arises in basmenet areas as this area is deemed a WET AREA.
It is the responsibility of all owners to securely raise their items above the ground and protect them from any potential water ingress.'

不是写了大楼insurance不赔。
唯一可能的就是你去找大楼委员会扯皮，叫他们用admin fund里的钱帮你出你车保险的理赔

12个月内的建筑问题开发商是要负责和builder处理的，一般有strata和开发商的PM来协调，之后就是走warranty了。至于你的车只能走自己的保险了。
