Unfortunately you would not be able to apply the main residence exemption in this case. This is because the main residence exemption attaches to the dwelling that is on the land. If there has never been a dwelling on the land then the main residence exemption cannot apply, even if you genuinely intended to construct your private home and occupy the property as your main residence in the future.

如果买下半年就出售 会怎么样?

请问,是不是言外之意,只要不分地,然后推倒旧房子,盖了新房子:
1,自住新房6个月,然后出售;
2,新房建成直接出售;
那么,1和2是不是都不需要叫cgt?还是只有1不需要?另外1是6个月还是3个月?
