请问今年购买投资房时发生的以下有关费用,在今年退税时,能计入投资房折旧的 Legal Fee 和Land Tax 这两块吗?

any other fees you pay to establish your loan or facility.

solicitor 的收费是不是 算 legal fee?

不算在可以DEDUCTION里面
属于购买成本一部分,房子印花税也是成本之一

楼主的这几项费用都算在Cost base里面而不是在deduction里面,也应该不算borrowing cost。所以一般来说,这几项都不做deduction。

LZ说的这几项 是卖房的时候需要考虑进去的,而不是在每年退税时。
