If this is a negatively geared investment, In terms of taking advantage of the deductions it is more beneficial to put the property under the person at a higher marginal tax rate. However whether that is the best thing to do depends on your personal plan as well. e.g. if you plan to sell in a few years then you probably wouldn't put it to the name of the high income earner.

看你要干嘛了以后 如果只是公寓简单抵税那就放工资高的头上
如果是块儿大地 现在出租 以后有机会会盖几个townhouse的投资 那就放family trust名下 以后可以少交capital gain
