在27/12/2007的时候买了投资房,然后出租到24/06/2010,就是2年6个月.然后自己搬进去住了,到31/1/2013卖掉,就是自己住了2年7个月,请问自己住的多1个月还需要报CAPITAL GAIN吗?还是买的时候就是出租房就一定要算CAPITAL GAIN.
麻烦知道的解释一下,谢谢!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH. BUT THE HOUSE WAS ORIGINALLY BOUGHT FOR RENTAL PURPOSE AND AFTER 2.5 YEARS I MOVED IN AS MAIN RESIDENCY FOR 2 YEARS AND 7 MONTH.
BTW. HOW MANY % FOR CAPITAL GAIN TAX.

if it is your only property, then it is still your PPOR as long as if you live in it for 1 year in 6 years.
If you have two property, then you can only claim 1 as your PPOR at one time. better claim the one you have which had the most gain. (or likely have the most gain).
If you claim partial PPOR for this one, then for the same period, you need to pay capital tax for property 2.
