去年购买了第一套投资房,其中有支付的settlement agent的费用,例如下面这些enquiry fee是应该放到cost base里还是可以通过borrowing expense/sundry expense里面退回来?请高人指点?
land titles office search fee
council rates enquiry fee
water rates enquiry fee
landgate service enquiry fee
region scheme certificate enquiry fee
land tax department enquiry fee
还有Stamp duty是不是要放到cost base里面?

cost base是指计算CGT 的时候算进成本的部分 卖房的时候才缴税
