租出去时墙上是干净的,租客搬走时墙上一长条深蓝色污渍,从墙的一端到另一端。巴掌那么粗,两三米长,中介说因为我们的房子八年了,所以这属于正常磨损,租客不用负责。
我咋觉得不对呢?有人知道哪里能咨询到权威的回复吗?

Furniture indentations and traffic marks on the carpet

Faded, chipped or cracked paint

Loose hinges or window or door handles; worn sliding tracks
Cracks in the walls from movement
Water stains on carpet resulting from leaky roof or bad plumbing
Worn paint near light switch
Damage
Curtains that are missing or torn by the tenant’s cat
Stains or burn marks on the carpet
Badly scratched or gouged wooden floors
Unapproved or poor-quality paint job
