Loan in CBA. 1 million Principal & Interest repayment loan account with 200k offset. Assuming interest rate of 4%. According to the calculator the monthly repayment is 4775. To make it simply, the repayment account is not the offset account and every month I only pay the required minimum repayment of 4775. After 3 months, the interest saved (due to the 200k offset) is 200k*4%*3/12= 2000.
But since the 2000 interest saved has been paid to the principal, is it true that now the loan will have 2000 amount available for redraw?

我觉得这2000是可以redraw出来的。因为节省的利息就是多还的本金，多还的本金是可以redraw的。
