本人住在dee why,没有投资经验,也不是特别懂。最近想看看apartment投资房。看大家讨论热火朝天但很少有提northern beaches的,是因为觉得投资回报率不高么?诚心请教大家。谢谢

不仅华人,老外也不是太感冒,
看过一个连场拍卖的,都是老外在拍,mosman几个房子都抢的火热,dee why那个就没人出价

northern beach很火爆啊,去年清盘率和days on the market是全悉尼卖的最好的

属于价格低估的地方,这两年飞涨。dee why apartment 也长了20多万了。去年初附近几个区还有100万下的house,今年也看不到了。

不适合出租租金比率不成正比,一套dee why的房子可以买2-3套西区的投资房了

位置比dee why 好多了 紧挨mosman manly 下北临港湾豪宅区

自雇人士可以选择避开高峰时间出行,交通对这些人来说,根本不是问题。
住那里的人,估计很多已经不需要上班,吃吃利息,依靠投资收入什么的就可以了。。。

现在一套dee why的apartment真的买不了西区2-3套投资房。西区长得太快了。dee why 两房的apartment差不多六十万左右。

Dee Why 也不愁租啊,所以不明白华人为什么不爱买northern beaches的房子。以前还可以说太贵了,但现在西区的房子也非常贵,northern beaches根本还是没有什么人搭理。离水近太潮了?学校不够好?

Different life styles. Aussie wants to live closer to beaches. They love beach life. We chinese only love the view. We don't do surfing, we don't need to swim in ocean everyday.

1.5套可以吧,西区还是可以买到30多万的unit好么,
租金而言的话,西区回报率比deewhy好很多了

不是说投资房么?不是自己住,那只要是能租出去不就是可以考虑么?跟自己的life style关系不大啊。我能理解这边住的华人少,只是不明白为什么关注这边投资的少。
