请教大侠,为什么在计算MLS时,要把taxable investment losses 作为收入处理,损失不应该是抵减收入的吗?

如下是ATO的解释,
Your income for MLS purposes is the sum of your:
taxable income (including the net amount on which family trust distribution tax has been paid)
reportable fringe benefits (as reported on your payment summary)
total net investment losses (includes both net financial investment losses and net rental property losses)

when calculate MLS, rental loss will add back as adjustable income purpose
change this since 2008 I remember

计算Adjusted Taxable Income 的时候把investment loss加回taxable income.也就是说 把这个数字去掉 这个亏损不考虑在内.
