请大虾执教，之前的$6500 accelerated deduction for motor vehicle 现在还有吗？在ato网站上说2012-2013，然后有一个intention to reduce to $1000 from 1 Jan 2014, 没有具体说这个amendment通过了没有。

With the scraping of the carbon tax the tax concessions associated with it are now reversed (effective from 1 Jan 14). Good job to those who finished doing their purchases before 31 Dec.
