香港公司的董事，可以去香港民政事务处做一份英文的 Statutory Declaration, 內容大致如下：

ABC Compay Ltd
Address

Date:
To whom it may concern
Statutory Declaration
I, James Wong, director of ABC Company Ltd; was asked a favour by Kevin Wong to remit AUD100,000 on behalf to his son in Australia due to foreign exchange control in China.
I hereby declared that this amount was not tax deductible nor any expense for the company paid to Kevin's son. This amount has been paid off by Kevin Wong in RMB cash to us in China, then we remitted it out from Hong Kong to Australia.

Their passports should have their English name. Make sure the English spelling of the surname was the same as yours. Otherwise, you need notary certificate issued by Chinese Government.
你申请移民时应有公证书证明谁是你的父母，而这公证书需要译为英文给移民处看的，就用这付本让人certify一下给ATO便行了。
