if you have a few family member here, then company is trustee and benficiary.
if just you, company is enough. but if you want have trust as shareholder, that is not bad option
if project is very slow, trust holding cost very high especially land tax

不需要,只要你们合法亲戚就可以
关键他们人在这里,没有收入。不然基本上没太大意义
另外利息,你要有明确LOAN AGREEMENT,付款方式,利息多少
每个月从你银行账户走出去多少钱,都要明确的PAPER.不是光有AGREEMENT就行。
同时借给你钱的人要申报收入。
