I couldn't find a place to fill the mortgage annual fee for my investment property. It looks not like borrowing fee, should it filled in Sundry expenses or Other deductions?

oh, i finally put it in other deductions and submitted it, but now i realise it was wrong because it couldn't make my taxable income lower...hence I could get less low income offset.
