如题。自己有份工作，LD不工作。能否自己去接点专业的活，但是让LD开invoice把这个活作为她的收入？

I believe you can, but the rate that you pay her has to be reasonable/commercial term. For example you can't paid her half of your income just to write invoice. but you can pay her said $30/hr rate for doing the book keeping...

我的意思不是说再雇用LD让她给我开invoice。我的意思是，我去接了活来做，但是由领导来给用户开invoice，这样这个活的收入全是LD的。

You probably know this is not allowed already, but wonder you can get away with it?
But whether you can get away with it really depends on your luck I guess. If you are doing brick layering and said your wife did it, the chance of being caught will be quite high.

反正如果公司是你老婆的名义开的, 你就是在给你老婆的公司打工. 你跟客户谈生意也是以(你老婆的)公司名义呀, 最后receipt是(你老婆的)公司开的就行了

Yes you can but even if you run the business under your name you can still divert the income by paying your wife a wage. Not a problem at all.

就是软件开发这种活。也没有公司，就是个人ABN。

Well.... I would think your client's probably won't be too concern about the invoice name? After all, you would use your wife's chinese name right? Most people would have no idea whether it is a male or female name. But then, you need to be careful if one of your client find out and report you to the tax office. There are a lot of people here that don't like this.
May be get an ABN with your wife's name, at the same time also register a business name. So you only put the business name on the invoice.
