Private Health Insurance Rebate 的 mean test是今年才开始的. 你可以在先估算你的收入 到了年底做tax return的时候会根据你的实际收入调整

If you buy the premium before 30 June 2012, some insurance firm still offer 30% rebate does not matter your income.....I remember.....
Also rebate will like income tax return, Pay what you should pay, refund your extra money
