Partners of a business partnership can distribute profits in whatever way they want. this has to be distinguished from partnerships that are only set up to hold properties (so call tenant in common) in which case income from the assets can only be distributed based on the % of ownership. 其实要调整也不难啊，个人注册个ABN，给partnership开invoice好了
