想问一下买生意要交什么税吗？

1. If your business turnover is more than $75,000, there would have GST.
2. If you had taxable profit, you would have to pay income tax exp.
This two are to be major issues. However, don't know what business you are in. For some special business, there might have other taxes or levies.

谢谢，回复哈，但是你说的好像是做生意要交的税，我问的是购买一个生意的时候，要交什么税，就像买房，买房要交一个STAMP DUY。

As I know there's no tax paid for buying a business, but you would have to pay tax after you own the business.

New South Wales, South Australia and the Northern Territory plan to abolish the duty on 1 July 2012. Queensland and Western Australia plan to follow suit on 1 July 2013
