ABN（老板）付工资给ABN（员工）超过400/每周要买养老金？不明白这样的付款方式是否正确？

it depends
if the ABN holder is found not to be independent contractor, but a deemed employee, as it performs duties the same ways as any employee would do. the employer needs to pay them superannuation when their gross income is over $450 a month (with a few exceptions)
therefore, if you ABN（员工）works solely for you, on a regular schedule with no independence, chances are, legally, you need to pay he/she super

I was working as a full time employee until end of May,
Now I am a sole trader with ABN working for the same company,
I invoice the company to get payment.
Can I pay my own super now? and how much?
