请教诸位前辈。
如果一个人在澳洲注册公司，比如，会计师事务所，但是服务的客户是在中国的中国公司，这样，中国那边会相应征税。但是我想详细了解一下相关法规。
有没有人了解这方面的知识，请指点一二，或者给我一个reference，我自己去读一下？

if you supply service to chiness client, i dont think you need worry about china,
you will subject to australia tax for sure.

If this firm provide servcie to Chinese clients and it does have any subsidies in China, its clients will be charged WHT, including Business Tax and Income tax when they process payment to this firm.
